Baker and Spice, owned by Patisserie Holdings plc have just opened their first restaurants outside of London, launching TODAY!
About Baker and Spice
Since opening their first patisserie in 1995, Baker and Spice now operate in four different locations around the London Borough, but Baker and Spice launch today on East St, Brighton.
The chain prides themselves making everything they sell fresh, from their original recipes on almost a daily basis. Ranging in breads, cakes, salads and pastries, there is a huge selection to offer!
What they offer
The new premises open today in the old Fishy Fishy restaurant on 36 East St. The alfresco style café can cater for up to 50 people and has a private hire function room available on request.
A new place restaurant is always something we look forward to in Brighton, another place to eat, drink and socialise, not to mention the new team of 30 locals that has been put together. Something that everyone can benefit from.
