Brighton Film Festival 11 – 27 November 2016
CINECITY returns for its 14th edition this November with the very best in international cinema and a global mix of premiers and previews, live soundtracks, artists’ cinema, exhibitions and special events. The Festival gives you first sight of highly anticipated, award winning films and showcases many others brought to Brighton from around the world for one-off screenings.
Last year Cinecity presented advance previews of Carol, High-Rise, The Witch, Son of Saul, Dheepan, The Assassin, Heart of a Dog and many more. Described by The Guardian as “Eclectic and imaginative”.
Cinecity is presented in partnership with Picturehouse Cinemas and the University of Brighton. With the support of the BFI Film Festival Fund, award winning funds from The National Lottery and Brighton & Hove City Council.
