Brighton & Hove’s premier wellbeing centre to host weekend lifestyle retreat in East Sussex’s newest outdoor eco-venue

Revitalise, Brighton’s longest-running wellbeing centre, has partnered with Crockstead Fields in East Sussex to offer an eco-friendly, luxury lifestyle retreat.

On 25-27 June 2021, guests are invited to relax and unwind in the beautiful East Sussex countryside for a weekend staycation retreat filled with yoga and meditation sessions, nutrition and cookery workshops, guided walks and so much more.

The two-night, three-day getaway is situated at the tranquil, leafy green Crockstead Fields, just a few miles away from historic Lewes, providing the perfect setting for a well-deserved break.

Over the weekend Revitalise’s highly experienced instructors will guide guests through meditation and yoga classes in a grand Nepalese marquee, as well as provide massage, nutrition seminars and cooking classes.

Accommodation is provided in the form of luxury bell tents, with each beautifully decorated and kitted out with camp beds, mattresses and bedding. Food and drink is provided courtesy of Brighton’s Shibui Café, with a colourful and flavourful feast of vegan and vegetarian options presented as part of a social dining experience.

While the focus is on wellbeing, the Revitalise Lifestyle Retreat will also offer a treehouse bar with live music and entertainment in the evenings, with conscious consumption encouraged alongside a mindful approach to hedonism.

The Revitalise Lifestyle Retreat is the exciting first collaboration between Brighton’s popular wellbeing centre and Crockstead Fields.

Hannah Lee, Director, Revitalise Brighton & Hove, said: “Revitalise strives to offer first class treatments and classes in a comfortable and welcoming environment. The daily stress of life can take its toll, our Lifestyle retreat is an opportunity to relax, unwind and destress. Our Guests will also learn tips on how to make their everyday lives more calm. As well as enjoying the extensive programme of sessions, classes, and workshops, guests at The Revitalise X Crockstead Fields retreats will be encouraged to take the time to explore the site, socialise with other guests over communal meals and find space to read, play or get creative.

Henry Newcome, director and founder, Crockstead Fields, said: “We are all really excited to get into the fields and kickstart what we are confident will be the start of a fantastic journey. The response so far has been great and we look forward to bringing a slice of calm and some positive vibrations to a range of people over numerous future events.”
