Brighton-based Cloud9 Insight has been named in the 2015 Microsoft Dynamics President’s Club. This prestigious group represents the top five percent of Microsoft Dynamics partners worldwide, who demonstrate leadership in delivering outstanding Customer Relationship Management (CRM) projects.
Ex IBM and Brighton alumni Carlene Jackson founded Cloud9 Insight in 2011, and has recently relocated the company to Brighton to take advantage of the city’s emerging status as the tech capital of the UK.
Cloud9 Insight offers services to support the successful planning, implementation and adoption of Microsoft Cloud solutions including Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Online, Office 365, Sharepoint and Lync. The Microsoft President’s Club achievement is a direct result of the company’s outstanding dedication to customer satisfaction through the delivery of innovative business solutions. Microsoft has recognised Cloud9 Insight for its commitment to customers which is reflected in the business’ recent success and growth.
“Each year we recognize and honor Microsoft Dynamics partners from around the world for exemplary performance,” said Neil Holloway, Corporate Vice President, Microsoft Business Solutions Sales & Partners.
“The award-winning partners contribute to the ecosystem and customer businesses alike through their exceptional commitment and expertise. Microsoft is honored to recognize Cloud9 Insight for their achievements this past year and for their dedication and support of Microsoft Dynamics applications.”
Jackson says, “We are incredibly proud to have been selected to join the Microsoft President’s Club, and the news has come at an exciting time in our growth. Moving the company to Brighton allows us to take advantage of the leading talent that comes with being located within the UK’s digital tech capital as well as being part of the unique culture created by this cluster of innovative businesses. In the past 4 years trends have shown business decision makers, not just IT departments, are implementing CRM as a company wide solution. At Cloud9 Insight our unique approach provides solutions for all areas of the business – even beyond the traditional sales, marketing and service areas.”
As reported in the Brighton Fuse Report, the Brighton technology cluster benefits from first-rate entrepreneurship, a skilled workforce and a culture of collaboration that enables ‘knowledge sharing’ and access to the right clients. As a digital-tech-company in the B2B space, Cloud9 Insight is looking to harness this to support its ongoing growth.
Cloud9 Insight’s head office is based at Queensbury House, and recruitment is underway for six new members of staff to compliment their exceptional team and to support the companies continued growth.
