CALLING ALL BRIGHTON STUDENTS:  FEEL FESTIVE THIS SEASON WITH 2-VE-1 AT OOWEE!

With student loans running low and everyone sinking further into their overdraft this month, Christmas meals and celebrations with your flat mates might not be a priority on your outgoings list.  However, vegan fast-food legends Oowee are thinking of your pockets: as of 6th December, the team are launching their ‘2-VE-1’ promotion on all burgers, which will run every Tuesday, exclusive to students.

Students have had it tough this year, often referred to as the forgotten victims of the cost of living crisis and according to a survey by the Office for National Statistics, more than 9 in 10 students (91%) said they were worried about the impact of the crisis on the quality of their day to day lives. It doesn’t leave much room for Christmas cheer at all, and that’s why Oowee has stepped in, hopefully injecting some festivity into the end of term!

Through the month of December, Oowee are offering 2-4-1 on all burgers across their Dalston, Brixton, Brighton, and Bristol restaurants.  Students will need to show proof of their student status via a University/NUS/Unidays card, and will be entitled to a FREE burger with any burger purchase.

Oowee has also just launched their Christmas menu, featuring a sensational crispy ‘chicken,’ stuffing, and cranberry burger; a classic Christmas Poutine and a luxurious trifle themed shake which is available now across all sites.

Known for their sensational burger stacks and multiple moreish sides, since launching Oowee have been instrumental in shaking up the fast food industry for both vegans and meat eaters alike – and with the sharp and continuous rise of vegans across the country, the demand for unique and impressive plant-based meals is higher than ever.

To claim their FREE burger, students will need to present their student card from an official university . The 2-4-1 offer runs across all burgers, with the cheapest one being free. *
