Celebrity Vegans Hit Brighton big time and we mean BIG time,

World’s strongest man – vegan Patrik Baboumian – amongst the VIP’s at VegfestUK Brighton, The weekend of March 11th 12th sees the 9th annual VegfestUK Brighton event at The Brighton Centre, and the celebrity vegan guest list just seems to get longer and longer every year, with some especially big hitters for 2017.

Vegan strongman Patrik Baboumian is the star of the show in more ways than one – apart from being absolutely huge, he is also a world champion strongman and vegan for a numbers of years now.

He’s visiting on the Sunday and will be presenting in front of 200 visitors as well as joining a panel on easy veganism – whilst helping transform the rather tired and dated vegan stereotype of ‘weak’ and ‘feeble to ‘extremely strong’ and ‘really rather large’ as well as being one of the highest achievers on the planet in his chosen field.

Actor Peter Egan of Downton Abbey fame is another guest of honour at the event, which sees over 200 stalls and 20 caterers packed with the latest vegan products and food, and will be joined by another well known TV personality, presenter Wendy Turner – Webster, who many will know from the much loved TV series Pet Rescue and now presenting Crafty Beggars.
And some highly achieving vegan athletes will also be joining the estimated 12,000 visitors, with World Record Holding cyclist Kate Strong, Belgian cyclist Christine Vardaros, professional triple world champion English freerunner / Parkour Tim Shieff and extreme marathon runner Fiona Oakes also amongst the guests.
Vegan comedian Carl Donnelly is a well known name from the independent comedy circuit, heading up a vegan comedy festival on the Sunday along with Chris Stokes. Former World Champion snooker star Peter Ebdon will be in attendance over the weekend talking about how going vegan has helped him in every aspect of his life, including competitive snooker.

And perhaps less well known to the general public, however massively famous amongst teens and youth in general, the Vegan YouTube generation superstars will be out in force, including the likes of Vegan Geezer, Hench Herbivore and Earthling Ed……..truly a gathering of vegan VIPs like never before.

The show also features live bands, a vegan film festival, kids areas, Teen Zones, Mature Zones, a number of vegan cookery demos and over 100 talks and presentations from speakers and presenters as the rise in all things vegan continues to escalate across the UK.
