Christmas with the National Trust in Surrey and West Sussex

Christmas with the National Trust in Surrey and West Sussex

As 2020 comes to a close, it feels more important than ever to find ways to celebrate the festive season. Whether you are hankering after some traditional Christmas cheer, feel the need to get outdoors and away from it all, or simply get ahead with some Christmas shopping, our places in Surrey and West Sussex have it all covered.

There are decorated houses at Polesden Lacey, Standen and Nymans for a real Christmas boost. Many National Trust places are running a Peter Rabbit™ winter adventure activity trail around their grounds and gardens. A great way of getting the whole family outdoors and enjoying nature this season.

Our cafes and restaurants are open for takeaway treats and the shops are stocked full of gift ideas from jams and biscuits to scarves and rugs. Just remember your mask.

Don’t forget to share your outdoor festive adventures with the National Trust on social media using #EveryoneNeedsNature. Every Christmas visit you make helps us keep these places open for future generations to discover.
