Clean Kitchen Club to open second site in Brighton’s Shelter Halls this Saturday
YOUTUBER star Mikey Pearce is set to open his second Clean Kitchen Club site in Brighton this Saturday, July 25 in Shelter Hall Raw.
The announcement of Clean Kitchen Club’s expansion comes just four weeks after opening his first Brighton delivery only kitchen.
Mikey Pearce said: “We’ve sold out of our most popular burgers almost every day since opening and need to open a second site to keep up with the incredible demand.
“The team and I are excited to bring a new site to Brighton and we couldn’t think of any better home than Shelter Hall Raw. We’re currently looking at how we can develop our menu and will be launching a number of new and exciting plant-based treats for everyone to enjoy.”
“I launched Clean Kitchen Club with my best friend Abe and we couldn’t be happier with how everything has gone. Brighton is a very special place and we’re very grateful with how the local community has taken to concept.”
Hugely Passionate about plant-based food, the friends began to create the Clean Kitchen Club concept when Mikey made the decision to cut down on his meat and alcohol consumption, which resulted in him losing over 20kg’s in just a few months.
Following his weight loss, Mikey and Abe began to talk about creating a healthy, guilt free burger that would not only taste delicious, but also be good for the environment and not bad for you.
Signature dishes include:
Clean Burger (£9.50) – Homemade patty, lettuce, tomato, gherkin, vegan cheese, vegan mayo and ketchup
Cheat ‘N’ Clean (£11.50) – Double homemade patty, homemade mushroom bacon, double vegan cheese, lettuce, tomato, vegan mayo and ketchup
Buffalo Burger (£9.50) – THIS isn’t chicken, buffalo sauce, vegan cheese, fresh dill, vegan mayo, lettuce and tomato
Loaded Fries (£6.00) – Sriracha mayo crushed peanuts, toasted sesame, crispy onions and melted vegan cheese
Vegan Snickers (£5.00)
