Coppa Club Brighton Celebrates PRIDE in with New ‘Sounds of Summer’
This summer, Coppa Club is introducing a brand new Sounds of Summer DJ series at Coppa In The Lanes to celebrate Brighton and Hove’s 30th Anniversary of PRIDE. Taking to the decks on Saturday 6th August, guests can celebrate love the Coppa way, and soak up the festival atmosphere from the leafy terrace of escapism. Neatly tucked away amongst the narrow streets of The Lanes, you would be forgiven for thinking you’re in any other city, yet the lapping waves and ocean breeze of Brighton’s seafront are mere moments away. Mingle with loved ones, dine on classic brunch plates and pop open bottles of Château Minuty Rosé, all to the soundtrack of sunny summer days.
Coppa Club has been part of the inclusive Brighton community since opening in The Lanes three years ago and welcomes all with open arms to enjoy their relaxed and informal atmosphere. With its exclusive clubhouse feel, Coppa In The Lanes offers the very best elements of a café, bar, restaurant, and lounge and is the stylish spot in town to gather with friends and family before joining the colourful street parades.
Widely considered as one of the largest PRIDE events in Britain, Brighton will pull out all the stops this year for its 30th Anniversary of hosting the iconic LGBTQ+ celebration. The bustling seaside city will put on three days of eclectic events over the first weekend in August, including the ‘Carnival of Diversity’ PRIDE Community Parade, Pride Village Party and the We Are Fabuloso In The Park concert series. There will also be a special Pride edition of Pride At The Ironworks on Friday 5th August, featuring drag, comedy, cabaret and karaoke to kickstart the weekend. Vibrant, energetic and fabulous in equal measure, the festival draws thousands of attendees year after year to celebrate love, protest and unity.
Sounds of Summer DJ sessions are also available at other Coppa Club locations including Coppa Between Bridges in Putney, Coppa Between Streets in Cobham on the last Saturday of the month until the end of September, including August bank holiday weekend, from 12pm until 3pm. This new offering will also be available at Coppa By The Tower in Tower Bridge, London the last Thursday of every month from 6pm until 9pm.
Château Minuty Partnership
This summer, Coppa Club has partnered with Minuty Rosé to bring a touch of Provence to their summer specials menu, including a ‘Rosé Hour’. This Rosé Hour can be enjoyed from Monday to Friday, 5pm until 7pm, offering a bottle of ‘M’ de Minuty alongside two sharing plates for £45.
