It’s almost that time of year again when the festivals arrive in Brighton, the streets are filled with a buzz of anticipation and daytime drinking becomes the norm.
It’s almost Summer Time.
As the sun becomes a regular fixture in our diary, it’s that magical time of year when we find ourselves spending more time drinking alcohol with friends than we do sitting in front of the television.
Although the festival goings on are bound to spill over into many of our city’s biggest and best pubs, fortunately, in Brighton we are blessed with an almost unlimited source of drinking spaces, from quaint terraces to sprawling gardens.
As a famous proverb says: “A garden is a friend you can visit anytime” yet, for most of the year, British whether hardly allows us to leave a window open for a few seconds without fear of the dreaded cold sneaking in uninvited.
With forecasts predicting little in the way of rain and cloud, we are able to make the most of the sunny weather with a pint or two and, while we may be famous for our picturesque seafront, there is also a great demand for pub drinking al fresco style.
Therefore, here at Absolute Magazine we decided to take to the sun-soaked streets of Brighton and Hove to make sure you enjoy those uninterrupted weekends by visiting some of these top beer gardens across our sunny city.
