“Gatwick is our largest base and we are pleased to continue to strengthen our network there with the addition of these four new services.

“Whilst all vastly different we are sure all four routes will prove just as popular with our customers travelling from Gatwick.

“Two of these routes, Aqaba and Rovaniemi, are brand new destinations for easyJet and in adding these we are pleased to be demonstrating the continuous growth of the easyJet network across the UK and Europe from Gatwick

“easyJet remains committed to providing easy and affordable connections to our customers in London and the south east by offering low fares, a convenient schedule and more choice when they travel.”

Stephen King, Head of Airline Relations, Gatwick Airport said:

“The addition of this diverse collection of routes to Gatwick’s winter schedule is fantastic news for our passengers and will offer them even greater choice when picking their winter holiday destination this year.

“Gatwick’s extensive short-haul network continues to go from strength to strength, and easyJet’s ongoing commitment to the airport is playing a considerable part in that.

“We’re delighted to be working with easyJet to bring these unique routes to the airport, with Aqaba – Gatwick’s only connection to Jordan – a particularly exciting new destination.”
