Ever wondered what it’d be like to face the All Blacks? Well now you can with the announcement of the new All Blacks Experience in Auckland, where bookings are opening for its launch in July 2020.

The announcement of the new experience by award winning New Zealand travel experts atNew Zealand In Depth, will take guests through an interactive experience to understand what it takes to make an All Black, and enable them to experience first-hand the excitement and emotion of Rugby’s biggest stage.


Paul Carberry, founder of New Zealand In Depth, said; “Rugby is the sporting glue that binds the country together. This is a celebration of the sport, the players and the events which have crated heroes, fuelled celebrations of victory (and tears of defeat). It is set to be one of the best hands on sporting experiences in in the world and give a real insight into the game and the world’s most famous team.”

Not just for rugby aficionados, the experience will start with a guided introduction to the game of rugby before moving onto a state-of-the-art experience combining sound, images, interactive technology and hands-on activities.

Through the experience guests will experience the full force of the All Blacks haka, tackle interactive zones where visitors can try out kicking, catching, line-out and accuracy skills against legendary All Blacks.

Located in the SKYCITY precinct, Auckland, the experience will run with groups of up to 26 running a minimum of 15 mins apart in high season – so booking ahead is essential and can be done as part of any personalist itinerary through specialist companies likeNew Zealand In Depth. Guests should allow forallow 1 to 1.5 hours for the experience which will cost from £25 per adult.

“We’ll be able to make bookings for this in December, initially for travel from August 2020, however some earlier dates are expected to be released closer to launch,” added Paul Carberry from New Zealand In Depth. “It is hoped that the experience will be live as early as July 2020 – so our experts will be keeping a close eye on further dates as they are released for guests traveling that month.”
