The Chilli Pickle

Located in the Hove hotspot Western Road, Six Restaurant is the new kid on the block, residing in the premises previously known as Hove Kitchen. Taking influence from abundant country fields in Europe, SIX combines the freshest ingredients with a passion for bringing out inherent flavours in a contemporary approach to cuisine. SIX offers a variety of dining experiences, from their intimate and ambient Dining Room, with luxurious design and every romantic detail taken care of, to the more relaxed and informal Brasserie style dining area. SIX is the perfect new eatery for your Christmas party with set menus stating at £16 per head with main course options including Christmas Turkey, Roast Duck, Fillet of Salmon and Wild Mushroom Polenta.
24 St Georges
For relaxed dining in the heart of kooky Kemptown, look no further than 24 St Georges. They are committed to using local and seasonal produces and their modern European menus change regularly to reflect this. The menus are creative, the wine list is diverse and extensive and the décor is simple, fresh and contemporary. Festive feasting menus are available at both lunch and evening sittings and start at £37 per person for three courses or £59 for the Tasting Menu which has to be pre-booked for your entire table.
Gars Chinese
From the moment Gars Chinese Restaurant opened in 1983, it set the bar extremely high for Chinese cuisine in Brighton. Gars is a contemporary Chinese restaurant with a menu that is constantly evolving to reflect changing tastes and new ideas. Whilst serving mainly modern Chinese cuisine, the menu also includes other popular Asian dishes such as Thai Green Curry and Japanese favourites such as Salmon Teriyaki. At the Old Bank steaks are the stars of the show. Using only British Beef, which has been hung for at least 28 days, the Grill Chefs cook the steaks to perfection on an open flame grill. Moonstone
Moonstone, the award-winning restaurant in Brighton is the one and only Sri Lankan restaurant in the whole of the south coast of England, offering an amazing variety of vegetarian options as well as interesting fish and meat dishes.
