FOCUS GROUP CONTINUES TO EXPAND WITH ANOTHER ACQUISITION COMPLETED

Focus Group (www.focusgroup.co.uk) the UK’s fastest growing provider of business communications and technology solutions based in Shoreham-By-Sea is pleased to announce it has completed the acquisition of swcomms.

This further supports the growth of Focus Group who has employed over 80 new employees in the past year, taking their total employees to over 550 with another 45 new vacancies coming up in the next three months.

Focus Group has been looking to expand its portfolio of businesses again. They have already completed two acquisitions in the past 12 months; Resource Telecom Group, based in Scotland and Welcome Telecom, based in Gloucestershire. This new acquisition will provide valuable resource and growth for both companies in the future.

swcomms (www.swcomms.co.uk), based in the South West region and has over 100 employees. They were acquired by Focus Group to create more opportunities for its customers and employees in the expanding business technology market.
