Happy howl-idays: Meet Santa and his huskies at the Zoo this Christmas

Watch little eyes twinkle with wonder as they experience the glistening magic of Drusillas Christmas – meet Santa snuggled in his cosy cottage, cuddle up to adorable huskies, join in with singing reindeer, and indulge in delicious seasonal treats by a giant Christmas tree.

Drusillas invites visitors between 19th November and 23rd December to soak up the seasonal cheer whilst the Park is draped in twinkling lights and snow-capped theming, for an enchanting Christmas experience for families.

No Christmas day out would be complete without a moment with the big man himself… so ol’ Nick will be nestled in the heart of Drusillas’ cosy Christmas grotto waiting to sprinkle some festive magic on your little ones. The highly in-demand Santa experience includes a personal one-to-one with Santa, photo opportunity and a magical Christmas gift. Drusillas’ Santa’s grotto is now open for bookings via their online booking system.

Back by popular demand, visitors can enjoy a nose-to-nose experience with a pack of beautiful, friendly huskies in the Park’s Ice Cave. These gorgeous arctic dogs will be meeting and greeting visitors in the Events Arena; you’d be barking mad to miss them!

Move over Rudolph, there’s some new kids in town… new for 2022, visitors can enjoy a jolly ol’ sing-a-along with a fun new singing reindeer trio in the Park’s Events Arena – listen to the warm, friendly voices singing some of your favourite festive tunes right from their stable.

Making memories is at the heart of everything Drusillas does, and capturing them this holiday is so much fun with the many festive photo opportunities around the Park: climb inside a giant present, ride Santa’s sleigh, and get lost in the Christmas tree forest – not forgetting a seasonal selfie in front of the magnificent 24ft tree of lights.

And, with memory-making in mind, Drusillas offers a range of unique gift ideas, to treat your loved ones to unforgettable experiences this year. Popular gifts include gift vouchers for Annual Membership – the ultimate package of 362 days of zoo, play, and rides, zoo keeper for the day, animal close encounters, zoo photography days, and even spider phobia courses.
