Being confident in life gives you so much more than ever before. Create A Compliment Jar
It’s hard to accept compliments, even when we might secretly agree with what is being said. Yet learning to accept these kind words can be an ideal way to boost your confidence, so ideally you want to think about them and thank the person who said it, rather than ignoring what was said or even laughing dismissively.
If you find it truly too hard to acknowledge compliments outright, you can make a compliment jar. Whenever anyone says anything complimentary about you, write it down and put it in the jar. That way, when you need a lift, you can pull a random compliment out of the jar and be reminded.
Change Your Appearance
For many, it is their appearance that causes a lack of confidence rather than their personality or intelligence.
