Friday 10th June will see the UK’s largest beachfront cinema, Brighton’s Big Screen, arrive at Brighton Beach. Set against a backdrop of the famous Brighton seafront, and next to the iconic pier, it’s sure to be a hit with cinema-goers and tourists alike this summer. To make the experience that bit more memorable, ibis, partners of Brighton’s Big Screen, will be offering the public the opportunity to watch their favourite films from the luxury of an ibis SweetBed.
Installed in a decadent VIP area, guests can sit (or lie!) back on the beds and enjoy watching some fantastic films by the sea. Designed by ibis, the SweetBed has been relentlessly tried and tested to ensure it provides the most comfortable, relaxing experience – the ultimate in bedtime luxury!
Whether it’s a girlie singalong to Grease you’re after, staying snug during Elsa’s struggles in Frozen, or even pulling the covers over your eyes whilst watching the Euros, the SweetBed is the ultimate companion to the cinema experience this summer. On top of that, all SweetBeds at the Big Screen are sheltered from the elements, so you can take refuge from the sun, or even hide from the rain during a washout.
This year’s hugely anticipated Big Screen event looks set to take outdoor cinema viewing to a whole new level, from the 10th June – 10th July 2016, showcasing some of the biggest recent box office hits including, Star Wars: The Force Awakens’, ‘Spectre’ & ‘Inside out’, plus top live sporting events including the Euros and Wimbledon.
Brighton’s Big Screen kicks off with the Euros opening ceremony on Friday 10th June at 6pm.
