North Island Launches Limited-Edition Wellness Programme for September and October

North Island’s holistic wellness programme offers the perfect retreat for guests wishing to relax, unwind and reconnect

August 2018 – As part of its exclusive, all-inclusive offering, North Island in Seychelles has expanded its holistic wellness programme to incorporate a range of limited-edition experiences for guests visiting the island during September and October 2018. This will include the opportunity to engage with a range of wellness specialists, as well as additional complimentary spa treatments, fitness and yoga classes, and more.

Our holistic wellness programme is already designed to offer our guests a range of extraordinary opportunities to relax and unwind in an idyllic island setting, but we are delighted to have taken this a step further to provide a unique and transformative travel experience for our guests visiting the island during these two months”, commented Jonathan Lithgow, North Island’s General Manager.

Lorelei Bulan, an international wellness practitioner, certified GYROTONIC® Trainer, dance artist and Ayurveda advocate, will be offering guests two one-hour fully-inclusive GYROTONIC® fitness classes daily, as well as private consultations. Specialist chef, Naul Shelton, will also be offering private consultations on holistic nutrition and guests can join him as he forages the island for fresh, seasonal ingredients to use during cooking lessons inspired by his wholesome way of eating. Personalised menus can be planned with North Island’s Executive Chef, Farrell Hirsch, who has also developed a range of delicious options to heal from the inside out.

Guests will also receive a complimentary 90-minute Detox and Adrenal Subtle Energies spa treatment; a special gift sponsored by Subtle Energies Ayurveda Aromatherapy; a complimentary one-hour morning yoga session every day; and healthy welcome snacks on arrival and stocked in the Villa’s private pantry along with a NutriBullet®.

Spending time with North Island’s resident conservationists and taking part in their daily environmental activities is another way guests are able to immerse themselves in the natural beauty of the island, restoring oneself while making a difference to the restoration of the island at the same time.

With only 11 private villas, our guests have an infinite sense of time and space to refocus the mind, body and soul. We are looking forward to offering this transformative wellness programme to our guests and to ensure that our generous all-inclusive offering continues to set North Island apart as the world’s leading private island”, Jonathan concluded.
