THE STAY – a choice between two of the Maldives finest, catering for all, from intimate romance to reconnecting with friends and family

Guests booking this exclusive package can choose to stay at either Milaidhoo Island Maldives or The Nautilus for 14 nights on a half board basis. Two of the most sought-after private island hotels in the Maldives, these boutique resorts are locally owned and known for offering some of the country’s most luxurious villa accommodation, designed to pay homage to their spectacular surroundings in the Baa Atoll. The package at both resorts includes a spa treatment for every guest, as well as the once in a lifetime opportunity to visit Hanifaru Bay and the chance to swim with Manta Rays. Alongside extensive new health and safety protocols, both resorts will be opening with reduced occupancy to allow for an even more personalised and private experience for guests of this package. The resorts will also offer in-villa dining options with no additional charge, if guests prefer to dine in the privacy of their villa.

MILAIDHOO ISLAND MALDIVES

Milaidhoo Island Maldives is as a pristine island paradise and is proudly rooted in the local island traditions. The resort features 50 contemporary Maldivian style pool villas designed by a local architect and all open up 180 degrees into spacious outdoor living. Every guest is assigned an Island Host to help create meaningful experiences and cater to their every need, whether it is a spa treatment or sunrise yoga class, to a snorkelling excursion in the incredible house reef. Dining is a highlight and Milaidhoo is home to three world-class restaurants, including Ba’theli – the first modern Maldivian restaurant in the country. Reflecting its heritage, it is built in the shape of three traditional dhoni boats that stand on stilts over the lagoon. Innovative and delicious menus are steeped in Maldivian tradition, with each dish inspired from the Maldivian Spice Route taking the taste buds back over 5,000 years. Milaidhoo is the authentic Maldives, a resort of reinvented luxury, where guests feel they belong and experience barefoot informality within the natural and lush setting of this tropical island. As an adult only resort, Milaidhoo is also famed for its romance and destination dining offerings – any dream can become a reality, from sunset dolphin cruises to sailing to a deserted sandbank where a feast awaits.

THE NAUTILUS MALDIVES

The Nautilus Maldives is an ultra-luxury bohemian hideaway and a highly personalised, immensely private Relais & Châteaux resort with only 26 beach and ocean houses. Each suite-style sanctuary comes with a separate living room and has its own large temperature controlled private pool. Every suite has a dedicated private butler, taking care of guests every need. The philosophy “A world of your own making” is reflected in the total flexibility and individuality of the services – anything is possible at any time. There are no time limits or specifications on the island. Guests can freely decide how they want to use their time. Dining is “unscripted” and is about liberating the palate. The Nautilus’ three restaurants and two bars revel in the spontaneous, crafting bespoke culinary journeys tailored to each taste.

Guests travelling with a family in tow can opt to stay in one of the two spacious Two-Bedroom Beach Residences, complete with a living, dining and powder room, private sundeck and azure pool with direct access to the sandy white beach. The Nautilus offers unlimited fun-filled island activities for kids, and their Young Wonders kids’ club focuses on tailored programmes of discovery, education and personal expression. Families and groups will bond over memorable activities from Sandbank BBQ’s, water spots, private al fresco cinema screenings and breakfast aboard a luxury yacht. The underwater activities are not to be missed and the reefs surrounding The Nautilus promise to be some of the most fruitful in the Maldives, thanks to the resorts prime location in the Baa Atoll.
