Ridgeview Wine Estate is pleased to be hosting an exclusive dining experience with London’s resident seafood experts, Wright Brothers.

This is the next event in a number of intimate dining experiences featuring exclusive menus designed by celebrated chefs, perfectly paired with Ridgeview wines.

The beautifully seasonal menu consists of potted shrimp toasts, yellowfin tuna bresaola, pickled fennel & tomato with Ridgeview Blanc de Blancs 2014. Next up, a trio of oysters (natural, smoked & dressed) with Ridgeview Bloomsbury NV. Mains will be blowtorched mackerel, mackerel ceviche & wasabi mayonnaise with Ridgeview Cavendish NV, followed by whole roasted Brixham Gurnard tail ‘au vin’, red wine sauce, baby onions, lardons and wild mushrooms paired with Ridgeview Blanc de Noirs 2014. Guests will finish with gooseberry fool & shortbread with Ridgeview Fitzrovia NV.

Like Ridgeview, Wright Brothers are also a family business, and now have a portfolio of five restaurants across London which all serve the freshest fish and shellfish from their own renowned wholesale teams in Brixham and Billingsgate Markets. Wright Brothers offer Ridgeview by the glass in all their sites and are delighted to be bringing their delicious seafood to Ridgeview for this incredible event. Wright Brothers chefs will be cooking up a five-course summer menu of fresh, seasonal dishes each coupled with a Ridgeview sparkling wine, to be enjoyed as guests soak up the impressive vineyard views.
