ROUGE IN HAYWARDS HEATH OFFICIALLY REOPENS AND CELEBRATES WITH VIP LAUNCH NIGHT
Café Rouge in Haywards Heath reopened to the public under its new name ‘Rouge’ on 22 November.
The restaurant hosted an exclusive VIP event last night (1st December) where local media and influencers toasted the renovated venue over Champagne cocktails and the carefully curated new menu.
An official ribbon cutting ceremony was performed by Haywards Heath Mayor, Howard Mundin who was in attendance.
Javier Llopis, General Manager of Rouge Haywards Heath, said: “We are so pleased to see people enjoying the new Rouge in Haywards Heath. The turn out and the feedback we’ve received so far have been fantastic. The guests have been amazing and we can’t wait for everyone to come down and experience the new setting and menu for themselves.”
Café Rouge is owned by Big Table Group, who operate more than 150 restaurants across the UK and Ireland.
