Brighton-based estate agents Sawyer & Co have opened a third office to complete their city cover.
A brand new Sawyer & Co office has been opened in the heart of Kemp Town Village.
The Brighton-based estate agents, run by Directors Chris Sawyer and Adam Farrell, already have offices in Portslade and central Hove and have now opened a new office on St Georges Road in Brighton to ensure they can provide full coverage of the Brighton and Hove area.
“It gives us a nice spread of offices across the city,” begins Farrell. “We won an award recently with the independent review site AllAgents for how high our customer review ratings are and we’ve achieved very high customer satisfaction ratings from The Property Ombudsman. It’s made a lot of people want to use Sawyer & Co and so we are opening this new office in response to this demand.”
Sawyer & Co offer property sales, lettings and block management services to Brighton & Hove residents and they underlined Kemp Town as the ideal destination to set up their new office.
“This area has the kind of properties we like to deal with,” Farrell explains. “There are a lot of mansion flats and beautiful period houses, it’s a trendy area as well, people want to live in Kemp Town, it’s a real cosmopolitan area.”
