Shake Shack Comes To Brighton
Famous American burger brand Shake Shack launches its first site in Brighton through Deliveroo’s delivery-only Editions kitchen Customers can now order Shake Shack classics like the signature ShackBurger, crinkle cut fries and classic drinks.
Today Shake Shack, one of the biggest players in the American fast-casual game, has launched its first ever site in Brighton, giving locals their first taste of one of the US’s most iconic burgers. All the Shake Shack classics will be available to order via Deliveroo, including their signature ShackBurger, and crinkle-cut fries with their legendary cheese sauce.
The burger brand, which started out in 2001 as a humble hot dog cart in NYC’s Madison Square Park, gained notoriety as its delicious beef burgers, hot dogs and shakes attracted long, snaking queues of hungry New Yorkers. It has since grown into an elevated fast-casual restaurant with more than 275 locations across the world.
The brand’s super fans include celebrities like Hailey Beiber, Jessie J and Babra Palvin – whose boyfriend Dylan Sprouse famously surprised her with a bag of Shake Shack after she walked the 2018 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.
From this week customers in Brighton will be able to order meals from Shake Shack, all cooked and prepared at Deliveroo’s purpose built, delivery-only, super kitchen in Brighton.
Shake Shack, which opened its first UK site in Covent Garden in 2013, has launched in 16 UK locations to date. Following the temporary closure of their UK restaurants due to Covid-19, Shake Shack looked to expand its reach using Deliveroo’s delivery-only Editions kitchens. The burger brand launched its first Deliveroo Editions site in London’s Battersea earlier this year (09/05) and after a successful trial, launched a further two kitchens; Swiss Cottage (09/06/20), and Bermondsey (29/06/20).
