The Absolute Guide To Al Fresco

The sun is finally out in full force across Brighton and Hove and here in England we take the slightest opportunity to get out and make the most of the beaming rays.

Shorts and vests appear when neither should yet be in the wardrobe and we’re straight into the sea when temperatures have barely hit double figures, however, there is one thing we can all enjoy with only the slightest slither of sun.

Going Al fresco.

Here in Brighton we are blessed with plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants that offer beautiful outside space. Whether you’re out for a family meal, a few cold beers or cocktails in the sun or a romantic early evening dinner watching the sunset, here at Absolute we decided to take to the streets of Brighton and Hove to find the best places across the city to enjoy al fresco-style, saving you the time (and money) so you can simply sit back and enjoy the sun, food and drink.
