WIRED SUSSEX FESTIVAL FOR DIGITAL SKILLS AND TALENT RETURNS

WIRED SUSSEX FESTIVAL FOR DIGITAL SKILLS AND TALENT RETURNS

We’re so excited to announce that Talent Fest is BACK – and you’re invited! Now that we are emerging from a year of lockdown and uncertainty, it’s time to start planning the future for digital businesses. How can we best connect jobseekers, graduates, career switchers and returners to work, from diverse backgrounds and outside of our Brighton bubble with rewarding, fulfilling work?

We’re hosting a five-day event from the 15th to the 19th November to boost our region’s thriving digital industry; helping businesses hire, nurture and keep the most talented people – the people we need, to grow and deliver great work.

Talent Fest 2021 is the skills festival for the digital sector in the South East, developed to help digital, media and tech businesses in the region attract, train and retain the talent they need in order to thrive and deliver great work.

As part of Talent Fest in 2018, we unveiled our Skills and Talent Manifesto, which has the aspiration to make Greater Brighton the best place in the UK for anyone to have a career in digital.

We all know the value in attracting diverse talent and creating inclusive workplaces, where everyone can thrive.

We can see the great work that is already being done by our members and the ambition for us to collectively improve.

To help aid, support and celebrate this, we’ve put together some resources, case studies and best practices into our Diversity & Inclusion Toolkit. Check it out
