World’s Smallest Drone Launches

In the recent years, particularly 2015, drones seemed to be gaining a lot of media attention, featuring in TV shows like RudeTube and SouthPark. “Drone” became a household term for many teens and young adults.

RC Insane, makers of remote control gifts and gadgets, have announced the launch of BuzzBee, the world’s smallest drone. Compact enough to fit inside its own controller, the BuzzBee measures a minute 30mm x 30mm x 20mm, roughly the size of a watch face.

BuzzBee is an ideal gift or toy, for fun around the home or office. With a battery life of 5-8 minutes, BuzzBee also incorporates a host of fancy features such as the ability to do 360 degree flips and tricks, built-in LED lights for night flights and “headless mode” (backwards/forwards remain constant even after rotation of BuzzBee) for easy flying.

BuzzBee works up to 25m away and comes with 4 spare blades in case of any crashes.
