YOUTUBE STAR MIKEY PEARCE TO OPEN PLANT-BASED DELIVERY KITCHEN IN BRIGHTON
And you could win one year’s worth of free food
YOUTUBE star Mikey Pearce today announces the opening of his first plant-based delivery kitchen on June 25, in Brighton.
The new food concept will be cooking up a 100% plant-based burger menu and to celebrate the launch, the star is offering the chance for one person to win £1,300 worth of free food. The social media personality plans to grow the business with childhood friend Abe Garman and open the brands delivery-kitchens across major UK cities, including Manchester, Edinburgh and London.
Clean Kitchen Club will specialise in serving 100% plant-based burgers. The menu has been exclusively designed by their team of chefs, including Head Chef Andrew Peters and MasterChef finalist and ITV regular chef, Stacie Stewart. The new plant-based venture comes following the Coronavirus pandemic which has resulted in restaurants needing to reinvent themselves to adapt to the market.
Signature dishes include:
· Clean Burger (£9.50) – Homemade patty, lettuce, tomato, gherkin, vegan cheese, vegan mayo and ketchup
· Cheat ‘N’ Clean (£11.50) – Double homemade patty, homemade mushroom bacon, double vegan cheese, lettuce, tomato, vegan mayo and ketchup
· Buffalo Burger (£9.50) – THIS isn’t chicken, buffalo sauce, vegan cheese, fresh dill, vegan mayo, lettuce and tomato

· Vegan Snickers (£5.00)
Mikey Peace, xx, Co-founder said: “We’re living in a new world and I don’t see things going back to normal for quite some time. I’ve wanted to launch this project with Abe for years and now is the perfect time. We have some incredible food designed by some equally amazing chefs on offer and can’t wait to see how people take to it.
“Our aim is to become the fastest growing plant-based delivery-kitchen brand in the UK. We’ve got our eyes on every major city in the country with Manchester, London and Edinburgh firmly locked in our sight for the first few openings.
“We don’t want to just be known for great food though. We want to have a positive impact on the communities around us. Abe and I are already looking at ways to ensure we make positive changes around us, including a Brighton beach clean day and supporting local charities.”
Hugely Passionate about plant-based food, the friends began to create the Clean Kitchen Club concept when Mikey started to cut down on his meat and alcohol intake, which resulted in him losing over 20kg’s in just a few months. Following his health kick, Mikey and Abe began to talk about creating a healthy, guilt free burger that would not only taste delicious but also be good for the environment and not bad for you.
To celebrate the launch of Clean Kitchen Club in Brighton, the pair has decided to offer up a competition prize you will NOT want to miss. One lucky person has the chance to win a one year supply Clean Kitchen Club’s food (T&C’s apply). For more information on how to enter, please visit Clean Kitchen Club’s Instagram page.
Andrew Peters, 36. Head Chef of Clean Kitchen Club said: “I’ve followed a plant-based diet for nearly a decade now and I’m proud to bring you this fantastic tasting menu. Everyone at Clean Kitchen Club believes that a plant based diet is the future for humanity, animals and the environment. It’s amazing to work as part of a team that are so passionate about doing plant-based food properly.”
